We're still working towards a true routine, but I blame myself for that as much as his personality. It's much harder to find and stick to a consistent daily pattern with the second one than it was with the first. But he's taking 2 good naps per day with a few catnaps here and there. And although getting him to sleep at night is still often a challenge, once he's down, he's a fantastic sleeper.
Now . . . on to pictures. Remember this one?
Kaylee at about 3 months:

Holy Smokes! That seems like sooooo long ago. She could spend hours in that swing happily talking to the plastic figures and cuddling her winnie the pooh lovie. Brother has followed in her footsteps and is most happy when in his swing with Eeyore.

Now that Cael is a little happier during the day, I've started doing some more tummy time with him. Kaylee loves to get on the floor and play with him and he loves watching her. She is SUCH a good big sister.

And finally, after many failed attempts, we caught his adorable little smile on camera!
He is very pleased to be joining us at the table these days for meals. Our social little boy LOVES to interact with people and putting him where he couldn't interact with us at mealtimes made for an unhappy baby (and a mommy constantly eating cold food). Now Kaylee is in her booster seat and Cael has officially taken over the high chair. I can't believe that in just a few months, he'll actually be eating with us. I can't wait. Hope he turns into the fantastic eater his sister has.As for Mike and I . . . things are good. We got a little bit of property work done before the rain but there is always much more to do. Mike's birthday is next week and we've talked about having dinner at our house on Sunday if it doesn't interfere with plans for people to visit our newest nephew who should be here any moment now!!!! Good luck Amy! We can't wait to meet the newest member of the family. Love you all and talk with you soon! - Traci
