Big Girl Bed

Last night was a big event in the Adams house. Kaylee got to spend her first night in a Big Girl Bed. She'd gone to Grandma A's for the afternoon to play and when she got home around bedtime, Mike was in the process of transforming her bed. I had bought her a new sheet with Winnie the Pooh (her favorite!). She was so excited! We were able to catch some of the commotion on camera . . .



I was worried our little restless sleeper would fall out of bed during the night, but she slept like a rock and had no problems at all. This morning, when she woke up, she called me to come get her per our usual routine. And to top it all off . . . she woke up dry and used the Big Girl Potty first thing this morning.

Our girl fast asleep in her bed . . . the flash of the camera didn't even cause her to flinch.
